I’ve spent the past decade helping women reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel confident in how they move. My journey began with Pilates training in 2016, and since then I’ve coached hundreds of women at my studio in Surrey and online.

Qualified Pilates teacher (2017) including apparatus training (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel).

Level 3 Personal Trainer, combining Pilates precision with the science of strength training.

Why Women 40+?

Like many women, I grew up in the 90s when “fitness” often meant being skinny at all costs, skipping meals, fad diets, and little focus on real health. Fast forward, and so many women now face the consequences: weaker bones, muscle loss, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

I’m passionate about changing that story. My mission is to empower women in their 40s, 50s and beyond to discover how strong, capable and energised they can be, without punishing workouts or unsustainable diets.

A Personal Note

In my 30s, I struggled with my own health challenges that left me feeling anxious, disconnected, and lacking confidence. Through training, I rebuilt not only my strength but my belief in what my body could do. That’s why I believe movement is so much more than exercise, it’s a way to feel grounded, resilient, and alive.
